We chose to call ourselves 'Glocal Factory' because we think these two words well embody our values, our vision, our aspirations, our approach.

“Glocal” is the fusion of “global” and "local", to signify our awareness that local actions have global repercussions, and global trends impact local communities. Embracing this duality, we synthesise the uniqueness of local needs, insights and cultures with global perspectives and trends to provide impactful solutions.

We see ourselves as a multifaceted and dynamic laboratory, the “Factory”, where different generations, personalities and professional skills converge and contaminate each other to give shape and content to a shared idea of society.

Our slogan "Changing the Future, Building Inclusion" underscores our commitment to fostering a more equitable, sustainable and inclusive world. Through our projects and initiatives, we strive to create opportunities for marginalized communities and fragile people, and promote social cohesion.
