As experts in European project design and management and in education ad trainning, we support Third Sector organizations in addressing the challenges and needs of their local communities while promoting collaboration with international communities as well.

Through strategic planning, cooperative partnerships, extensive support and specialized training initiatives, we strive to foster sustainable growth, innovation and social impact. Providing organizations with skills, resources, and networks, we aim to empower them to lead the change and be strategic for a more inclusive future.

At Glocal Factory, we believe in a future where the third sector plays a major role in sustainable development, social justice and inclusive growth, both at local level and across Europe. We aspire to build a landscape where organizations in the Third Sector possess the necessary tools, expertise and resources to create and implement projects that effectively address pressing societal issues, ultimately contributing to a more equitable and inclusive European society.

Education

We believe that education is the primary driver of empowerment. That's why we strive to innovate content and methodologies in formal, non-formal, and informal education for children, adolescents, and adults alike, to ensure that everyone has access to quality learning opportunities regardless of their background.

Entrepreneurship | Labour inclusion

We are committed to empowering marginalized groups such as migrants, women, NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) in their endeavors towards labor inclusion by offering resources, mentorship, and opportunities for skill development.

Social Inclusion

We fight discrimination in all its forms. We stand in solidarity with migrants, vulnerable, and disadvantaged populations, to create spaces of belonging and opportunity for all, where everyone feels valued, respected, and included.

Fight against racism, xenophobia, violence against women, disinformation

We stand firmly against all forms of discrimination and injustice. Through advocacy, awareness-raising, and community outreach we work to foster mutual understanding and solidarity within our communities.

Civic Commitment and Participation

With a special focus on the younger generation, we encourage active participation in civic life and democratic processes, empowering young people to voice their concerns, contribute to positive change, and shape the future of our communities.

Our activities

EU Projects

We specialize in the design, management, and implementation of impactful and sustainable projects in the following sectors:

• Migration and integration
• Entrepreneurship and empowerment for labor inclusion
• School and adult education
• Civic education and participation

Education & Training

We provide targeted training for social planning. In addition, through the AENET Consortium, funded by the Erasmus+ KA1 programme, we offer teachers, adult educators and youth workers the opportunity to engage in international training and educational programmes abroad. In addition, we design and provide training programmes and resources for educators and youth workers who come to us for their professional development.

Consulting

At Glocal Factory, we are committed to turning your vision into reality: we carefully analyze your needs and identify the best funding opportunities, advising you on those most suited to your goals.

Seminars

We organize and host seminars in collaboration with research centers, universities, public institutions, local and international associations, and NGOs. Our seminars foster knowledge exchange and promote collaborative approaches to address contemporary educational and social challenges.

Our research activities include conducting studies and producing reports, as well as collecting and analyzing best practices that help us in defining effective practices and policy recommendations in the different areas of our engagement.
